Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 July 2026. These terms apply to consultations, treatments and bookings made with VEGNA.

1. About VEGNA

VEGNA B.V. is an aesthetic clinic located at Herengracht 182, 1016 BR Amsterdam, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 85741689, VAT number [to be added]. Treatments are carried out by practitioners registered under the relevant Dutch professional registers (BIG registration number(s): [to be added]).

2. Consultation first

Every treatment at VEGNA is preceded by a consultation. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not appropriate for you at that time, for medical or any other reason, without obligation to explain further than that judgement.

3. Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

Appointments can be booked by email or through the contact form. We ask for at least [cancellation notice period, e.g. 24 or 48 hours, to be confirmed] notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations made after this window, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee, communicated to you at the time of booking.

A deposit may be requested to confirm certain appointments; the amount and terms will be communicated before booking. Deposit policy to be confirmed.

4. Payment

Prices are communicated during consultation and confirmed before treatment. Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

5. Treatment risks and your responsibility

Aesthetic treatments, including those offered at VEGNA, carry inherent risks and possible side effects, which are explained individually during consultation before you agree to treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose accurate medical history, medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, as incomplete information can affect the safety of a treatment.

Results vary between individuals. VEGNA does not guarantee a specific cosmetic outcome, and any timelines or expected results discussed are estimates based on typical, not guaranteed, experience.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because treatments are scheduled, personalised services performed at your request, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU consumer law for online purchases does not apply once a treatment has been carried out. You may cancel a future appointment at any time subject to Section 3 above.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, contact us directly at clinic@vegna.eu so we can address it. [Reference to a specific complaints body or professional association, if applicable, to be added.]

8. Liability

VEGNA's liability for any claim arising from treatment is limited to what is covered under our professional liability insurance, details of which are available on request. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Dutch law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
